Youth Summer Fitness Program. Fitness Camp Video. This Summer Program, provided by the Lifespan Fitness and Motor Performance Academy, is designed especially for kids who want to improve their level of physical fitness through fun activities and motivating instructors! Kids who are interested in losing weight, developing a healthy heart, and improving their physical strength and endurance are encouraged to join us this summer. This Program is designed for Youth ages 6- 9,1. Activities. All activities are first and foremost designed for fun and participation, but with the focus on improvement in physical fitness.
